Terms of Service

Effective July 4, 2026 · Call Your Mom is a product of Attayn Group LLC, doing business as Call Your Mom ("we", "us").

1. The deal

Call Your Mom is a personal relationship manager: it remembers the people you meet and nudges you at the right moment to reach out. By creating an account or using the app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

Accounts are created in the iOS and Android apps. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use the Service.

3. Free and paid tiers

The core capture features are free, without ads — including your sharing card and Apple Wallet pass, syncing a single email inbox, and up to five nudges each month. The Plus tier ($15/month or $120/year, after a 7-day free trial) unlocks unlimited occasion-aware nudges, multi-account email sync, AI-drafted messages, contact enrichment, and personas. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their refund policies apply. Prices can change; existing subscribers get notice before a renewal at a new price.

4. Your data is yours

You own the relationship data you put into the Service. You give us just enough license to host, process, back up, and display it to you — that's what makes the product work. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what we collect and what we never do with it.

5. AI-drafted messages

Draft messages are suggestions generated from context you provided. Read them before you send them. You're the sender — we never send messages on your behalf, and we're not responsible for what you send.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to harass, spam, or stalk anyone — it exists to make relationships warmer, not creepier.
• Don't add personal information about people you have no genuine relationship with, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
• Don't probe, overload, or attempt to break the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset.

7. Ending things

You can stop any time: export your data, reset the app, or delete your account (Settings, or email support@getcym.app). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (like 8–10) survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that nudges are always timely or that syncs never hiccup — we work hard on both.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attayn Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Changes & contact

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them. Questions: support@getcym.app.
