Your data, your call
Delete your account
Applies to Call Your Mom by Attayn Group LLC, DBA Call Your Mom.
The short version: deleting your account removes everything, immediately — your contacts, context, interactions, memory, connected inboxes, and the account itself. There is no retention window and no way for us to undo it.
In the app (under a minute)
- Open Call Your Mom and go to Settings.
- Under Your data, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. That's it.
Deletion takes effect immediately: all server-side data is erased, your sessions are signed out everywhere, and connected email accounts are disconnected with their credentials destroyed.
By email
Can't get into the app? Email support@getcym.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We complete email requests within 30 days, usually much faster.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Every contact, note, touchpoint, nudge, and relationship memory you created
- Connected inbox credentials (Gmail, IMAP) and the email metadata we stored
- Share cards and their tokens, push tokens, and enrichment records
Your phone's own address book is never touched — deletion applies to Call Your Mom's copy only. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google: cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (deleting the account does not by itself stop a store subscription).
Want your data first?
Before deleting, you can export everything from Settings → Your data → Export (JSON). See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we store and why.
